Once our team has completed the initial due diligence on a project and it passes the initial review, it is sent to our financial team, led by our General Partner, Dave Antoniono.

The project then undergoes a comprehensive analysis to ensure it meets our strict and conservative criteria. This analysis includes, but is not limited to:

  • Stress Testing: Can the property maintain 60% occupancy or less and still meet all financial obligations?

  • Projecting Conservative Exit Returns

  • Conservative Occupancy Rates Compared to Market: Modeling occupancy rates lower than the market average.
