Teas Ridge Retail Center One and Two are two identical 9645 square foot new commercial retail buildings. Building Two, completed in 2024 is 100% leased with Tint World, PostNet, Mobil Federal Credit Union (Rave Financial Services) and Miracle City. Building One has signed Lenny’s Grilled Subs and negotiating with Aviator’s Grill and a national coffee franchise.
Both buildings feature concrete 23-foot tilt-wall panels on side and back elevations of buildings with red iron structural steel supporting traditional bar joist members. Both roofs are TPO. The front elevation is 28 feet tall framed with heavy gage metal stud, sheathed with marine plywood, finished with light gray stucco and accented with authentic Lueder stone on the eleven columns. Baked enamel metal accents wrap the caps and wings to give a classy elevation. Metal louvers provide protection from the sun on the expansive 125-foot-wide covered porch.
